Product Specification

Generally choose 38×38×38mm, panel size 1220×3660mm and 1000×4000mm FRP molded gratings as the car wash floor drains. They can carry up to 4 tons per square meter. So, don’t worry about the floor drain being crushed.

Installation Method

Large size parking space For a car wash that requires the entire car wash shop, as the name implies, the entire car wash shop’s workstations are covered with FRP gratings. In this case, the installation does not need to dig another trench, directly empty, and use a harder object as support. This method has the least amount of work and no changes to the house structure. It is more suitable for stores with larger scales (more than 15 parking spaces).

Standard size parking space If you only need to cover the parking space with FRP gratings, the size can be determined according to the length and width of the general car wash. The parking space should be hollowed out as support.

Medium size parking space A relatively cost-saving installation method for parking spaces is to only lay FRP gratings of the same size as the car body, and then hollow out underneath for support.

Small size parking space If the car wash is only used for ordinary drainage, then just lay under the wheels. Two drainage ditches with a width of about 0.6 meters should be dug under the wheels. The length can be determined according to the body.
