Introduction

The overall size of products is generally 1.22*3.66 meters and 1.22*2.44 meters. Common specifications are 20/25/30/35/38/40/50mm, etc. The anti-corrosion grp walkway grid is made of unsaturated polyester resin, glass fiber coarse sand (winding or pultrusion, medium alkali or no alkali) as the framework, and the whole shape is formed through the system of molding on the metal mold, the product appearance is smooth and beautiful.

Production Process
Step 1: mix and configure the raw materials. Resin, glass fiber yarn, filler calcium powder in 1:1:1 ratio, stirring time 20 minutes.
Step 2: pouring. The mixture is poured onto a professional grille molding machine.
Step 3: pull yarn. Lay a layer of alkali – free yarn, thin grid laid 8 layers, greatly enhance the intensity of the grid.
Step 4: pressure film. The stirred material is poured into the mold and compacted mechanically and manually.
Step 5: heat curing. After the grille is heated, the raw materials are fused together for 20 minutes.
Step 6: cool the mold and remove the mold. After the above 5 processes, through the stripping, mold, grille semi-finished products are done.
Step 7: polish and wash with paint. The grille is polished and then coated with varnish or water.
