For those car wash that need to cover grating completely, which means whole room will be covered with FRP grating. In this condition no need to dig pit, rise high into the air, and use hard material to support, the quantities is minimum, no modify to house structure, suitable for large scale car wash (more than 15 stalls).

📍 Method 2

If only cover stall, then decide size as per general washing requirement, suggested size is 6.1×3.66m, dig pit and make support underneath.

The more economical way is cover the same size like car, suggested size is 5×2.44m, then dig pit and make support underneath.

If the car wash only have normal drainage, then only cover under wheel, dig 2 trenches width about 0.6m under wheels, length can be determined according car length.
