1. Pre-embedded, lining installation

This type of installation does not require accessories (FRP connectors). Pre-embedded refers to the column of FRP guardrail burrow into the soil. The lining installation refers to the connection between the column, crossbar,vertical bar and vertical bar,  fix with 3 sides buckle in the junction or wear small tub in the junction and then cover it.

2. Installation of FRP fittings

This is obvious, and it can be fixed with accessories. Commonly used accessories are elbows, tees, crosses, bases, etc.

Compared with the traditional metal guardrail, the FRP guardrail has obvious advantages, has excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance, is not easily deformed, and can be used for a long time.

The basic frame structure of the fiberglass guardrail selects the fiberglass square tube or round tube, with the fiberglass grating as the protective surface, and then uses the special connector to connect the parts together. The product is made of FRP. The forming process is to compress the continuous reinforcing material impregnated with the resin glue under the traction force, through the extrusion of the molding die, and heat-cured in the mold and in the heating system. The product is available in a variety of colors and is inherently lightweight, making it easy to cut or install. Moreover, the FRP guardrail has high strength, and it is difficult to be deformed or damaged even if subjected to a strong impact, and the performance is comprehensive and has good economic benefits. FRP guardrails are used in a wide range of applications, not only on highways, but also in some staircases, villas, parks, etc.
