How to replace the fillers in the glass steel cooling tower

The FRP cooling tower is a device that uses water as a circulating coolant to absorb heat from a system and discharge it into the atmosphere to lower the water temperature. The device uses the contact between water and air to transfer the cold and heat, and the steam volatilizes away heat to achieve the principles of evaporative heat dissipation, convective heat transfer and radiation heat transfer to dissipate the residual heat from the industrial or refrigeration air conditioner. Lowering the water temperature is to ensure the normal operation of the system.  Then how to replace the filler in the cooling tower:

1. Fouling: The filler in the tower body is scaled. Generally, the calcium carbonate scale attached to the filler is in the form of a stone, and the texture is relatively hard. This is one of the distinguishing marks of the discrimination.

2. Sinking: The tower filler is contaminated with heavy mud ash, and sometimes it also produces many algae organisms, causing the filler to sink, which makes the filler can’t be used. This is also a significant sign of filler replacement.

3. Natural aging: The filler has been used for a long time, and it is gradually getting old, brittle and easily damaged due to the erosion of water and air. The aging of the high temperature tower filler is faster than the general tower and is usually replaced once every 4 to 6 years.
