FRP platform grating can be well adapted to harsh environments such as acid and alkali corrosion. In some factory environments, due to corrosive factors, the use of traditional metal materials in the work platform is prone to rust and corrosion, and there are certain security risks, so FRP platform grating can solve this problem well.
Size-FRP Platform Grating
There are two kinds of FRP platform grating, one is the molded grating, another is the pultruded grating. Usually, the use of FRP work platform with molded grating is more, the size is 1220 * 3660 mm(4’×12′), and other sizes can be customized according to the size required by the customer.

Many plants have operating platforms and the FRP platform grating is corrosion resistant, maintenance free and has a service life of 15-20 years. The FRP platform is one-fourth the weight of the steel grille and does not require lifting equipment for installation. The FRP grating can be easily cut and installed using an arc cutting saw. It has a certain elasticity, which can reduce the fatigue of workers’ long-term work.
▲ Offshore Oil Platform:
FRP platform gratings have gradually replaced these traditional materials due to severe weather and sea erosion causing severe corrosion to offshore oil platforms that use steel as a surface material. The FRP platform is lightweight and high-strength, the basic support components are easy to handle, and the cost of the platform is reduced through a reasonable design.
