The FRP grating is a special material made of resin as raw material, alkali-free fiberglass, filler aluminum powder and some chemical raw materials. He can be called fire resistant material, insulating material, non-slip material, and pressure resistant material. The reason why the glass fiber reinforced grating product can be called these special materials is that the characteristics of the FRP grating product give him such functions.

FRP grates of various models connection features:

1. L-shaped clip: special positioning connection for medium load and bracket.

2, M-type clip: fixed without chaos, used for the positioning connection of the grill bracket and the bracket.

3, C-type clip: for the connection of two unsupported grid edges with integrity for ditch installation.

Attention:

1. Refer to the mesh size of the gratings, adjust the size of the trench, so that the edge of the grating is sealed and maintain the integrity of the mesh to achieve an elegant installation effect.

2. The grating has at least 50 mm wide support on the concrete foundation, and the gap between the grating and the concrete is 3-6 mm.

FRP grating platform installation;

1. The FRP grating support side has at least 40mm wide support on the steel beam, the gap between the grille and the other grille is 6mm, and the installation gap between the FRP grating and the concrete column is 10mm.

2. The M-shaped or L-shaped clips shall be fixed between the FRP grating and the supporting steel beam. At least 4 clips shall be used for each panel. The C-shaped clamp shall be used between the edges of the two adjacent non-supporting gratings, at least one C-shaped clip fixed in the middle of gratings for every 1.8m long.

Installation of FRP grating stairs:

1. The grating step should be installed in the step frame or on the bracket. The frame or bracket can be made of steel or fiberglass.

2. The gap between the grid step and the frame is 3-6mm. Each step is fixed with 8 clamps. Each corner can be fixed with 2 clips or it can be directly fixed on the bracket.
