GRP mini mesh grating was developed on the basis of ordinary GRP grating, mainly in order to adapt to the requirements of a special environment, which is gradually being popularized. The production process is more complex and the daily output is relatively low, so the size should be communicated in advance.
GRP mini mesh grating is ideal for wheeled walks, which reduces vibration and reduces the chance of high-altitude dangerous objects falling through the mesh hole due to reduced opening ratio. This type of grating has three surfaces to choose from – concave, sanded and flat.

Mach’s provides two different specifications of GRP mini mesh grating: 1 1/2” Deep×3/4” Mini Mesh Grating and 30mm Deep×20mm Mini Mesh Grating. You will also find that all of these gratings are compliant(designated in the charts by the symbol). You also can provide your sizes for us to custom orders.

Production Process
1. Raw Material Stirring Configuration
Resin, glass fiber reinforced plastic yarn and filler calcium powder were prepared in a ratio of 1:1:1, and the stirring time was 20 minutes.
2. Paving
The stirred material is poured onto the FRP professional mold machine.
3. Pull Yarn
Laying an alkali-free yarn layer by layer and laying 8 layers, greatly improving the strength of the grating.
4. Stamper
The stirred material is poured into the mold and pressed mechanically and manually.
5. Heat Curing
After the grating is heated, the raw materials are fused together and integrated into one another for 20 minutes.
6. Cooling and Demoulding
After the above five processes, cooling for ten minutes, demoulding, demoulding, grille semi-finished products are ready.
7. Polished, Brushed and Washed
After the grating is polished, it is varnished or washed to form a finished product.
