Before the FRP grating is laid, the specifications of different FRP gratings are different, and the bearing or the arbitrariness is different. Then, according to the actual demand, the appropriate FRP grating is purchased and installed.

1. Before the laying (installation), make the drainage channel well. The drainage pipe should be pre-buried first. The outer width of the drainage channel should be no more than 5% of the width of the FRP grating, and the width of the inner mouth should be less than 10% of the width of the FRP grating. The lower the width of the inner mouth, the greater the bearing capacity of the grille, but the drainage capacity is reduced, so it is necessary to control the ratio.

2. After the drainage channel is good, the FRP grating is officially laid, and the grille is laid flat according to the demand. The inner mouth of the drainage channel is made around the grille, and the distance from the outer mouth of the drain is equal, so that the force is evenly distributed in the later stage.

3. Fix the FRP grating and fill the gap with 705 glass glue around. After the glue is dry, cover the glue at the gap with 302 cement.

4. Post-processing, check whether the laying is in place after laying, and carry out stress test to ensure the perfect project.
