When the molded grating is exposed to the sun for a long time, the resin on the surface of the product will be decomposed, revealing the internal glass fiber material, which will affect the overall aesthetics of the product, but It does not affect the strength performance of the grid. We can apply a layer of resin material on the surface of the grid to solve this problem. How to distinguish the good or bad of the grid

 

We can identify the quality of the grille by observing the appearance of the FRP grating and performing some simple tests.

 

1. Observing the appearance of the grid is the most direct and simple method of identification. If the surface of the grid product is smooth, there are few pores, no cracks, no falling pieces, then the quality of the product is better; on the contrary, if the surface of the product is rough and off Blocks, cracks, and more pores, then the quality of the product is much worse. The quality molded grille appearance has the following characteristics:
